rpm-dir recursive patch (1st try)

Sorry if I'm being redundant, but I didn't see tracker sending the
mesage here.

"mmodem" opened issue25 (http://tracker.labix.org/issue25) on tracker
asking for a way to have recursive searchs on rpm-dir channels.

I was on a boring sunday, and decided to do something useful, so I coded
an ugly patch hat could possibly implement the desired action.
It adds a "recursive" option to the rpm-dir channel (and possibly other file
channels too). I've tested here and it works fine for me. If someone is
interested in testing, maybe Niemeyer could review it later.
