Since upgrading to Smart 0.40-12 all attempted upgrades have resulted in message
similar to this:

Output from valgrind-3.1.0_20051110-3 at i586:
error: unpacking of archive failed on file /usr/bin/cg_annotate;437568f4: cpio:
open failed - Resource temporarily unavailable

Is this a Smart problem or something on my end?
