[issue45] Allow wildcards in priority definition

I would like the ability to add in wildard package names in the priorities
list.. ie. 
nvidia* w/ a higher priority to pull in only the nvidia RPMs from atrpms repository.
or mythtv* to pull in all the mythtv rpms from that repository.
