[issue13] Automatic selection of rpm when one or more solutions are available

Situation when two or more packages provides same virtual name, make smart   
stop the instalation.   
urpmi have an option ---auto which selects best solution for such case. 
The lack of this solution on smart avoids using it in automatic install 
procedures, like automated package build on chroot, which requires no-user 
interaction for install build requires.
