[issue14] Add a Qt/KDE gui frontend

The Gtk frontend is nice and integrates well into the Gnome desktop, however a  
qt/kde frontend would allow for equally nice integration into the KDE desktop  
(which is Mandriva's default). This would most likely increase the user base  
of Smart.
