[issue26] no way to list all packages in repos which are not installed.

Just realized you could do what I wanted with 

"smart query --show-channels --installed | grep "\[rpm-sys\]"

But it would be nice to be able to narrow down within the query command rather
than with grep. Makes this much less of an issue though.
