[issue141] GUI can't find files

Hello there,

after we now completely migrated to smart and everybody loves it, there seems to
be still a small bug or anything else that's a little bit annoying.

After you updated the package lists and then try to upgrade the new packages he
often tells that it's not possible to download the packages. But they are there.
Doing everything only via the command line works fine. Only when you use the gui
this happens ( and most users use that ).

Any ideas about that? Would be fine to have this up and running before the next
release because then the old apt repos will be sitched off so that everybody
must use smart!
