[issue144] [patch] changes window not transient

The changes window is not set to transient in the gtk gui (but it blocks the
main window). The attached patch sets it to transient. 

It also makes GtkChanges a subclass of gtk.Window (similar to GtkLog,
GtkProgress) and removes the _window member. I hope you like it :)
