smart mandriva

[Henri Girard]

I change in distro.py the first server ... and now i obtain  this mirror 
instead
ciril...
So i have to change all with hand and then i will see if it changes 
something
when i add mirrors smart find them and add them
it's just not very practical to have this ciril mirror...
because the folders are wrong...
maybe they are doing maintenance on the site...
