auto importing rpm gpg public keys from keyserver reloaded

Hi everyone,

please find an updated version of Andrea's patch to enable smart to fetch
gpg public keys from a specified keyserver and import them into the rpmdb.
It also includes a fix to smart/interface.py, to actually use the
defaults given for the ask* functions.

The patch won't have any effect on smart's behavior, unless you enable
rpm-check-signatures.

Gustavo, Michael, how about pushing this into trunk?

Side note: The patch is in our SUSE smart package and it will ship with
the upcoming version of openSUSE. Updated packages will be at
http://software.opensuse.org/download/smart/ soon.

Regards
	Christoph
