It most probably comes from my repository and is not related to smart
(well, not caused by smart).

I had a typo in a package, which caused "%{üersion}" to end up in a
package header (instead of the actual version).

What I don't understand is that I fixed that yesterday evening, so the
metadata on ftp.gwdg.de should be up-to-date now.

I tested it on ftp.gwdg.de and the mirror (ftp.skynet.be) and both work.

Andreas, could you please try again and if it fails, send me the output of
smart channel --show
?

(send it to me directly, as it's a problem with my repository, there's
no need to bug the list about it ;))

cheers
