Since I don't have Mandriva I can't confirm if the patch is working. You can
safely try it, just follow these steps:

cd /usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/smart
patch -p1 < /path/to/smart-show-changelog-1.patch

After you finished testing, run the same commands again and it will as if you
want to revert a previously applied patch.
