Getting KSmarttray to launch Smart Gui

sigh... never mind. Literally a few seconds after posting this I solved
the problem. It seems it only works if ksmarttray is started as a normal
user. Then, clicking on "Start Smart..." will "start smart" with kdesu.

Seems strange that it won't work if ksmarttray itself is started with
kdesu.
