ksmarttray doesn't like autoconf 2.6x

Thanks, after doing so there are two errors:

+ make -f admin/Makefile.common
/usr/bin/autoconf: line 493: echo: write error: Broken pipe
*** YOU'RE USING automake (GNU automake) 1.10.
*** KDE requires automake 1.6.1 or newer
make: *** [cvs] Error 1

The latest kdesdk seems to not grok on automake 1.10, and the scripts
seems to break at another place, too.
