In one of my smart-beta packages I introduced a rewrite of my embedded
mirrors in channels patch which triggered such errors.
It was remove since one or two releases (of my smart-beta RPMs) but you
might still have that list of mirrors data in the config.

Doing a
  rm /var/lib/smart/config
(as root) should solve the issue.
