Yes, it must be fixed.  Unfortunately this is not a 100% trivial
fix, since the capitalization is done automatically for those
help options. This specific line is being generated by the following
code:

    help=_("edit channels in editor set by $EDITOR"))

I'll have a look into it ASAP.
