happens for me when trying to upgrade to the fedora devel repository. the
download is from http://download.fedora.redhat.com and the channel is yum
(rpm-md). so i don't think this is some obscure mirror problem (as
download.fedora.redhat.com is the main site for downloads and yum is their
recommended package manager, though it sucks in comparison with smart ;) ).

i use version 0.41
