You can't as of now.
Would be on my wishlist as well.

Usually it isn't a problem as packages are always provided in the same
version and release on both architectures. But there have been some
buggers in the Build Service recently where that wasn't the case, and
smart choked somewhat on resolving those deps/provides.

It's not as easy to solve as it sounds though.
Either you make smart ignore 32bit packages alltogether, which should be
quite simple to implement, or you'd have to change the dependency solver
weighting algorithm, and that's definitely not as easy.
