[issue34] rpm-md use is VERY SLOW

I've just tried again, it's still showing the same result....
The annoying part is the CPU's 100%, RAM (256MB) is 100%, swap (512MB) 65%, and
the HD's going like crazy but the size of the cache in /var/lib/smart doesn't
change.
Any news on it? a week with no news....
