[issue157] Workaround for mirrors without a mirror attribute

New submission from Pascal Bleser <guru at unixtech.be>:

It seems that under some circumstances (could not be reproduced consistently,
has been reported by few users), a mirror object has no mirror attribute, which
causes a crash in smart/mirror.py

The attached patch checks whether a mirror object actually has a mirror
attribute before accessing it, which acts as a workaround to that problem.
