Error while installing smart -0.42-39.fc5.at.i386

Hi!

    I am just giving a try to Smart, but I am having a hard time to install it. I just downloaded smart-0.42-39.fc5.at.i386.rpm from http://www.atrpms.net/dist/fc5/smart/ . When I try to install it, I got the following message:

	I just looked over the internet, but it seems I can't find a proper answer to this message. I would really appreciate any pointer / direction on how to fix this and get Smart installed (I just got tired of yum / yumex failing every other day). 

System Settings: Fedora Core 5 / P4 - 2.8Ghz / 1G RAM
