smart on Suse 10.0

I have a few questions about smart on Suse 10. 
Any idea what the warning below refers to ? I have been doing smart update
regularly.

Also I am getting a number frequent timeouts at repos.opensuse.org. Does
this appear normal to you ? Is the server full or is my connection stuffed ?
