unable to change [rpm-sys] channel's settings

I really don't see any good reason to add a second rpm-sys channel. It's
already added by default when Smart detects an RPM-based distro.

What do you need this for?

Well, it shouldn't. The base rpm-sys channel is needed for proper
calculations. There is no need to change it's priority or disable it
(IMHO none of this make sense).
