[issue209] smart says '<package>' matches multiple installed packages but that is not true

Actually, they do not have the same release:

smart> ls -v boost
boost-1.33.1-17 at i586         boost-1.33.1-17.pm.2 at i586

The 'packman' release should evaluate higher.
Is this related to bug 190?
