hmm, are you sure all your channels are setup correctly? for example, 
audit-libs-python-1.2.8-1.fc6 is in the "base" repository, and 
audit-libs-python-1.2.9-1.fc6 is in fc6-updates. may you've overlooked some 
channels still pointing to fc5 dirs?
