0.50rc1 praise

So, I can finally give smart 0.50rc1 my whip, and it's rather short: 
thankfully the dependency resolution has become faster (finally). 
Originally (0.42) being at somewhat 15 minutes for a full distro upgrade 
dep resolution (idle; `rpm -qa | wc -l` shows 788), now 124 seconds 
(when doing a -j3 kernel compile next to it). Well seems like it's 
finally gotten useful.
