[issue210] smart "package list file"

I don't know is this the right place to write but it would be very nice to get
one feature to smartpm.

when I reinstall or install new computer with FC5 I have to mark every package
one by one. because in few months I have found what programs I want to use so it
is allways the same time taking job :)Is it possible to ask smart to create
package list file from current packages and when I have new FC5 installed I can
ask smart to fetch that package list file and install all the same packages to
this fresh install?
