First of all, we are sorry if you're havind difficulties, and sure
someone will help you solving them.

Second, the key checking is NOT officially supported by Smart Package
Manager. It's a modification coded by Christoph Tiel from SUSE, and it's
still in beta testing.

As soon as possible he will help you. So, please, try to stay calm and
be polite. There is no need to use that kind of language.
