F***in' annoying unavailable keys...

as a quick workaround I would propose:
you can import those keys manually wth rpm --import key.asc 

the keys can be found on every keyserver, download it, save it as key.asc and 
then import it. This is not perfect, but as you use only some repos, youneed 
this only to do for the repos the keys are missing ...
