I'll second that. I would also like to see a mechanism in smart - if it 
isn't already there - for smart to recommence the upgrade process when 
packages are not downloaded or not fully downloaded rather than have 
"the operator" - that's me :-) - to manually restart the upgrade 
process. Yesterday it took 4 manual restarts to complete all the upgrades.
