This is a mixture of two bugs.

First, an xulrunner packaging bug: The package tries to replace an
existing directory with a symlink. This isn't going to work.

Second, a poor error message from smart. See

You don't want to have this package.

Lock mozilla-xulrunner180, using the following command:

smart flag --set lock mozilla-xulrunner180

Just in case you want to know why you don't want to have this package:
The guy who used to maintain it left the company, the package (actually,
the whole repository where it comes from) is unmaintained (and was never
supported).

I recommend disabling or removing the entire [suse-mozilla] channel
(that one which is labelled "Latest mozilla.org packages"). You will
still receive the good mozilla update packages from the official
[suse-update] channel (labelled "SUSE Linux Online Updates").
