[issue273] Ability to remove unneeded packages

What should be done in situations where the dependencies are independent 
programs?
For example, qdvdauthor requires MPlayer. If I remove qdvdauthor and no other 
package has MPlayer for dependency Smart should suggest to remove MPlayer? 
MPlayer is a full independent program that the user probably will want to 
conserve.
