[issue255] smart refuses to recognize some packages from a cannel

This bug is still valid!

Steps to reproduce (valid for Mandriva 2007, i586):

* mkdir /home/<Username>/local_repro

* copy the following RPM-file from the Mandriva Installation-DVD in this new
directory:
915resolution-0.5.2-6mdv2007.0.i586.rpm

* cd /home/<Username>/local_repro

* tpye in the following command to generate hdlists:
genhdlist --md5sum --list --subdir media_info

* copy the file "pubkey" from installation-DVD into
/home/<Username>/local_repro/media_info

* channel-setup in smart:
smart channel -y --add testitlocal type=urpmi
baseurl=/home/<Username>/local_repro/ hdlurl=media_info/hdlist.cz

* update the channel


Now try to install the package 915resolution - it will not work!!!
