[issue314] Remove/Downgrade packages from channel

After one adds a experimental channel to smart and discover that it made a lot 
of mess, he have to remove or downgrade manually each package installed from 
that channel. Smart, beeing a smart pm, could have an option to remove or 
downgrade all packages from a channel automagicly.
