x86_64 precedence changes integrated

Should work.. I should have mentioned that so far Smart is actually
basing the architecture color on its own knowledge about these
architectures.

In the future we may be able to make it base solely on the package,
but I'm not sure if that's so important considering the kind of usage
we're making of that information right now.
