[issue329] command --gui not found

The problem is not with smart but with kde (kdesu to be exact). (The 
Updater works OK though.)

Run the Smart Manager from the command line with

kdesu -c "smart --gui"

[NOTE the use of "__"]

or create a Link to Application with the above parametes.
