Scratch that then :-)

Incidentally, my sqlite parser to read them was also slower
(than the matching xml parser, not counting decompression)

Guess they only make sense when the depsolver uses them
(i.e. you're running Yum), same as with the .solv files...

So, *.xml.gz it is.
