smart finding 'unbreakable loops' in FC10

I reported this on the fedora-kde list and was told to 'file a bug 
against smart'.  This probably means 'in the Fedora system' but I'll air 
it here.

k3b and k3b-libs depend on each other.  Smart reports as follows:

 > Found unbreakable loops:
 >      k3b-1.0.5-6.fc10 at x86_64 [R] -> k3b-libs-1.0.5-6.fc10 at x86_64 [R] ->
 > k3b-1.0.5-6.fc10 at x86_64 [R]
 > Will ask RPM to order it.
 >
 > On clicking 'ok' smart exits.
 >

'yum install k3b' worked.  smart 'check installed packages' gives

> All checked packages have correct relations.

Similarly with an attempt to install mythtv from atrpms:
> Found unbreakable loops:
>     perl-XML-LibXML-1:1.66-2.fc10 at x86_64 [I] -> perl-XML-SAX-0.16-5.fc9 at noarch [I] -> perl-XML-LibXML-1:1.66-2.fc10 at x86_64 [I]

-also followed after 'ok' by exit from smart.
