regarding smart multi-arch option

Dear Gustavo Niemeyer,
I was going through the svn of smart and found that in
http://svn.labix.org/smart/tags/0.16/smart/commands/flag.py
an option of multi-arch is present. But it is not available in further
release.
Also I am looking for an option same as "--ignorearch" of rpm.
Please help me out.
