[issue352] gtk-gui: unsuitable default layout between search input field and bottom bar (displaying contents etc.)

Often when starting smart --gui (though not always) the default layout of the 
gui is not suitable, e.g. leading to unreadable (because mid listwindow is much 
too small in height) search results until the listwindow is resized manually 
using the splitter. Smart gui should instead use a decent layout e.g. upon 
search start, therefore displaying e.g. at least 10 results.
