Hi

Using smart 0,52 on openSUSE 10.3, trying to rund:

smart install
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/openSUSE:/10.3/standard/src/postgresql-8.2.4-27.src.rpm

gives me the error:
Unable to create channel for file: /root/postgresql-8.2.4-27.src.rpm

Why is that?
