New repository

Hello there!

We've just finished converting the Smart repository to Bazaar [1],
and moved it into Launchpad [2].  The old Subversion repository has
been disabled, and will no longer work.  The project's page has been
updated to reflect these.

The main motivation behind this change is making it easy for people
to experiment with changes in Smart, and publishing them into an
easily reviewable/mergeable format.

Please let me know if there are any issues, or if you need any help
working with Bazaar.
