Sorry for the recent spam

Dear Smart users,

We apologize for the recent activity in the mailing list
regarding the migration of bugs into the new tracker.

The automatic sending of bug changes in the old tracker to
the mailing list has been disabled, and the new tracker won't
be setup to send changes to the mailing list anymore.  This
means that the mailing list will be uncluttered of all that
traffic that compromises actually useful discussions.

The new tracker is being setup in Launchpad, to better integrate
with the code hosting and translations that are being put there:
