Project maintainer is changing!

Hi Gustavo,

first lets thank you for your great development. With smart we really
pushed our package management and made some things easier than before.

Second, congratulations to Anders, i really hope he could push development
again, i really hope to see smart growing in the community. And perhaps
this will bring us some really needed features in the near future like q
qt4 gui ( what would really be great), or somehow a more exposed api that
makes it possible or better easier for external developers to perhaps
develop something like new guis or interfaces for smart
