Last year, we talked about pathlists and changelogs...

So, should pathlist be available to uninstalled packages ?

https://bugs.launchpad.net/smart/+bug/264996 (rpm-md)
https://bugs.launchpad.net/smart/+bug/264996 (apt-deb)

Or should changelog be available to uninstalled packages ?

https://bugs.launchpad.net/smart/+bug/253917 (rpm-md)
https://bugs.launchpad.net/smart/+bug/264998 (apt-deb)

Otherwise it will only be available to installed packages,
and be empty for the available packages (not read from meta).

https://bugs.launchpad.net/smart/+bug/245338 (rpm-sys)
https://bugs.launchpad.net/smart/+bug/265014 (deb-sys)

And we close the first three bugs with a "Won't Fix" ?
The last two are currently scheduled for 1.3 inclusion...
