I understand now that smart is evaluating correctly the version.

But who packed amarok in Opensuse made a mistake, because it's clear
that amarok-2.3.1.60svn20100810-85.1 at i586 is older then
amarok-2.3.1-77.4 at i586. The dash (-) is a mistake and it should be a
point (.).

Someone already fixed it in the OpenSuse repository
