No, but you can use the "yumchannelsync" plugin to read your yum  
configuration.
You enable the plugin by setting the "sync-yum-repos" option in smart  
config...

Either temporarily for a one-time synchronization with -o sync-yum- 
repos=true,
or permanently with: smart config --set sync-yum-repos=true. It's new  
in 1.3.
