It was not clear to me where to put that, but I saw a block of
setopts so I stuck it in there.

Yes.  I use the pikerhog one because it's the latest I can
find that's packaged for opensuse.  And I've been using this
particular version for about a month without problem, so either
the OS has changed from under me, or the repositories have
started advertising ipv6 addresses, sometime about a week ago.
