Sorry, I was not being clear. I meant for the _specific_ issue of
distributing Smart with a system a non-GPL-compatible libc library.

For the code using Smart, the standard GPLv2+ rules would apply...
But to me it is OK with running Smart (GPL) on a Sun libc (CDDL) OS.
