Hi Anders,
Just following my previous email. Having received those messages
from a channel update I then ran a sudo smart upgrade and received the
message that there were no interesting updates available, but when I ran
urpmi from the same mirrors urpmi identified 81 packages that needed
upgrading and proceeded to download and install them. It also identified
a package that needed to be removed because its dependency, which was an
old program version, was no longer available (it had already been upgraded).
Why did smart not identify these packages for upgrading?
